Benjamin Thompson Years
1969 - 1976

Benjamin Thompson was the Chairman of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard and was a partner in The Architects Collaborative (TAC). In 1966 Ben broke away from TAC to form his own firm, Benjamin Thompson & Associates (BTA).

Doug joined BTA in 1969. From 1969 to 1976 Doug worked as a designer on many projects including Faneuil Hall, North Country Community College, MIT's Housing for the Elderly, MASCO Total Energy Plant, and the Shermerhorn Residential Project.
