Douglas Okun & Associates reprogrammed and redesigned an antiquated office to employ the latest computer technology and office systems. Many new systems became prototypical for other renovations within Holyoke Center.

Several departments, occupying most of two floors at Holyoke Center, underwent a major transformation by space planning. These changes included the introduction of computer technology at all work stations, which involved new furniture, wire management techniques and lighting concepts, and by generally upgrading the public and office materials and finishes.
