Heritage Pine Condominiums

Located in Putnam, Connecticut, this 197 unit condominium complex was completed in 2005. Six unique unit styles and floor plans range from 1200 to 1830 square feet. Carefully nestled between wetlands and a pond, the buildings were located as to minimize their affect on the natural surroundings. Each element of the project was specifically designed to maximize comfort, quality, and use for the residents of the condominium and the entire community.
