This 900 sf two bedroom condominium is currently under construction. The existing floor plan remains mostly intact, with the exception of two walls being removed to make the space feel more open, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one continuous room. With the apartment's poor existing conditions, the design called for a complete renovation. New custom maple cabinetry, hardwood floors, and track lighting as well as all new appliances and fixtures create a new life for this bright second floor condominium.
