60 Oxford Street Laboratory
Located in one of Harvard's newest buildings, space was allocated for three laboratories, a 30-seat
lecture hall, meeting spaces, and offices. The labs are focused on researching and developing
biological applications of robotics, mechanics, and engineering and were designed to accommodate a wide
range of experiments. The use of black-out curtains, shades, and moveable furniture allowed the
spaces to be customized depending on the activity. Also, an abundance of storage and work space service
the needs of the users. The lecture hall utilizes the latest video, display, and lighting technology while
the meeting spaces and offices have gliding entry doors to maximize space within the laboratory.
