Capitol Theatre

40 existing apartments were redesigned into 23 larger units with new kitchens, bathrooms, and floor and wall finishes. The Victorian wood storefronts were refinished and reglazed. The exterior work included new parapets, painting, sandblasting, and storm windows. Custom signs and awnings were furnished for the stores. A small theater was created in the old fly space of the original theater. Lighting was by means of dimmable neon accenting the theater name 'CAPITOL'.
