Okun ResidenceMajor architectural changes were achieved by the selective removal of walls and part
of the ceiling in the living area. The unused attic was converted into habitable space by
the addition of 15 foot gables. The renovation included new walls and ceilings,
refinishing of floors and windows, and custom kitchen cabinets. The transformation was completed
within a limited budget.
